If you have an emergency requiring swift and immediate attention, we can help. We offer a full range of building maintenance services from minor repairs to full refurbishments. We can also provide an out of hours emergency service to clients.

Maintenance

We provide our clients with an individual tailored range of maintenance services that are designed to:

These services are provided either through a resident team based on site or through our highly trained mobile engineers who attend site on dates arranged in advance at our clients’ convenience.

Maintenance is carried out to the industry recognised standard SFG20 however we also work with our clients to determine if Condition or Reliability Based Maintenance programmes would prove more effective.

All work is planned and programmed through our central CAFM system allowing us to track, measure and monitor performance whist ensuring we can dispatch the right skills to facilitate an enviable first fix rate.

Further peace of mind is provided by our help-desk support centre, who can dispatch engineers promptly and efficiently to tend to any of our clients’ needs.
